Our Beliefs
God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe who loves us as no other can and provides for all our needs. He is present everywhere, so that we can never be separated from his love.

The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son, three Persons in the triune God. He is "the other Comforter" who dwells in the hearts of all who follow Jesus, convincing us of the truth of Christ's teachings and empowering us to live as God's people before a watching world.

Human beings are by nature sinful and cannot make themselves good enough to stand before a Holy and Righteous God. We can only be made righteous by God's Grace and our acceptance of God's forgiveness through Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. Through our faith in Jesus, we will be given new life, and this life is eternal.

The Bible is the inspired word of God and our only guide to show us what we should believe and how we should live. It is for everyone to read so that all may hear God speak to their hearts and minds.

The Church is made up of people of every race who believe in Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, and the members are His Body. Children of church members are called "children of the covenant." Their baptism is a sign and seal of this covenant relationship and of their membership in the Christian family. The mission of the church
is to make Jesus Christ known throughout the whole world.

We have two sacraments, instituted by Christ in the new covenant, or testament. They are Baptism and the holy supper, or Communion. All who have been baptized into Christ are welcome to participate in the Lord's Supper. For more information about a "Children and the Sacraments" class we offer for children and their parents in preparation for participating in Communion, contact Pastor Bep Reeves.  If you would like to have a child baptized or request baptism for yourself, please contact Pastor Bep.
