The New Mexico Mission Team traveled in September, 2007, to Jicarilla, just south of the

Colorado border, near Pagosa Springs.  Their arrival was timed with the GO-Jii-Ya “feast,”

a harvest ceremonial time for the Jicarilla people.  Eighteen MDRC’ers loved, shared and

worked for a week around this Apache Nation to paint the church fellowship hall and

nursery, and lay carpeting.
