Where am I called to serve in the life of the church and in the community?  What are my Spiritual Gifts?  My personality?  How can I best serve?  How have I been shaped by my life experiences?
 
Come find out what you do best in the Body of Christ at the SHAPE workshop!  We will explore:

 

Spiritual Gifts:  Unwrapping your God-given gifts.
Heart:  Listening to your heart.
Abilities:  Applying your natural abilities.
Personality type and personal style preferences
Experiences:  employing your experiences.

My initial interest in attending the SHAPE Workshop was twofold.  I was excited to learn more about spiritual gifts, but I was also looking for an opportunity to get to know the people I saw around me each Sunday.  Pastor Jill and the SHAPE team helped me see and discover the awesome abundance of experiences, abilities, passions and gifts that make up the members of the Body of Christ.  Through fellowship and conversation with the other attendees of the workshop, I was able to develop and deepen connections and friendships.  The lasting blessing of attending the SHAPE  Workshop is that it has provided me with direction and opportunity as I am trying to serve the Lord and get further involved with the welcoming family of believers at MDRC/The Bridge.  I highly recommend attending SHAPE.  Molly
