We are formed for God’s family.
We are created to become like Christ.

Church Communities are smaller communities/groups within a church. They enable us to belong to a caring community, learn Biblical truth and experience service together in the church and in community. Sometimes grouped by age and life situation, Church Communities follow a variety of formats, i.e. Bible Discovery, ministry teams, choir, Disciple classes, small group, etc.

The purpose of Church Communities is to grow us as disciples of Jesus Christ; loving God, loving others, and inviting others to know God’s love.

We want to be continually growing strong healthy Christian community here at Meredith Drive Reformed Church. We as Christians don’t simply gather to exchange doctrinal affirmations—we are a family. We are called to journey with one another, loving and encouraging one another as followers of Christ.

  • Community develops as we worship together, as we share and interweave Christ’s story and our stories.
  • Community grows as we learn to rejoice and celebrate with one another.
  • Community is deepened as we love one another vulnerably in the stresses and sorrows of life.
  • Community is forged as we serve one another and let others serve us.

We are eager for you to find one that fits your life stage and need. Our desire and hope is to connect every person in a group outside of worship to deepen our community in love for one another and to help us all more reflect the one we follow—Jesus.
