2019 Easter Treasure Hunt_myMDRC

Parents, grandparents, or other adults are invited to attend a special Easter hunt with their child as they learn more about the real meaning of Easter! It’s all about Jesus! Our Easter Treasure Hunt has a group for preschoolers through kindergartners and another group geared for elementary kids in 1st-4th grades. Join us afterwards for a pancake brunch at 10:30 AM.

Come and hunt for the real meaning of Easter! There is no need to bring an Easter basket, and we kindly ask that an adult attend with their child. If you have children in both age groups, we would be happy to supervise your older child in the elementary Easter egg hunt. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get all guests settled in their age-appropriate groups!

2019 KM Summer Graphics_myMDRC

Kids Ministry programs for the summer are set. The team has planned spiritually rich classes and events to encourage your children and your family to grow in faith and love for Jesus. We are offering Sunday morning Kids Connection, Vacation Bible School, Summer Family Fun Nights, Farmer's Market Day and more. We will have a Flat Shepherd Project you can interact with all summer on your adventures.

Volunteers are needed for both Kids Connection classes as well as VBS. Please take a few moments to consider volunteering to help shepherd our youngest members into a life with Christ!

Wear your pajamas, bring your blankets and pillows, and snuggle up in the 3rd floor Loft of the Meredith Drive campus to listen to Salt and Light leader Steve Simpson read the incredible story, Cosmic Christmas. Bring a goodie to share and your own beverage. We encourage families to bring other 5th and 6th grade friends or neighbors to hear this amazing reading of Jesus’ birth from the perspective of the Angel Gabriel!  We welcome younger siblings to attend, but please know that the reading will last roughly an hour and a half.
