DEPRESSION SUPPORT GROUP
This group, led by one of our parish nurses, provides support for those who have had or are experiencing depression, and those who have family or friends suffering from this condition.

FIRST PLACE 4 HEALTH
First Place 4 Health, a Christ-centered health and weight-loss program focuses on creating balance and wellness in the four core areas of your life--emotional, physical, mental and spiritual.
At the weekly meetings participants
- weigh in
- celebrate successes
- discuss nutrition, exercise and fitness topics
- discuss the Bible study which is done daily at home (each day's study takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes)
- pray

GRIEFSHARE
A special 12-week seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close, featuring biblical teaching on grief and recovery topics. Each GriefShare session includes a video seminar featuring top experts on grief and recovery subjects. These videos also include on-location video and the real-life stories of peole who have experienced loses like yours. After viewing the video, you'll participate in a small group discussion about what you've seen on the tape and you'll have the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a recent loss, learn about their experiences, and have the opportunity to share your own.
Each video session is "self-contained," so that you do not have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin. Topics include:
